At Hemera Tours, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined the following terms and conditions for booking and cancellations. These policies are designed to protect both the traveler and the company while ensuring fair practices are followed.

Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking, as they form the basis of your agreement with Hemera Tours.

Payment Policy

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • A 50% advance payment of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.

  2. Balance Payment:

    • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

  3. Non-Compliance:

    • Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of the advance payment, and the application of cancellation charges as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

  4. Additional Charges:

    • Any additional expenses incurred due to changes in group size, package inclusions, or unforeseen circumstances must be settled immediately upon notification.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Process:

    • Guests must submit a written cancellation request via email from their registered email ID. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be processed as per the applicable cancellation charges and terms listed below:

    • Force Majeure Events:

      • In events such as pandemics, natural disasters, or strikes, a refund will not be provided. However, the amount paid will be credited to a Customer Credit Shell, which can be used for future bookings.

    • Personal Cancellations:

      • If a Guest cancels the tour for personal reasons, cancellation charges will apply as per the date of cancellation.

    • Entry Permit or Visa Rejection:

      • If an entry permit or visa is delayed or rejected, the booking will be treated as canceled, and charges will apply.

  4. No Refund Scenarios:

    • No refund will be provided for unused services, missed flights, or cancellations due to personal delays, bad weather, or natural calamities.

    • No-shows will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

  5. Operational Cancellations:

    • In case Hemera Tours cancels a tour due to operational issues, the full amount paid will be refunded. No interest will be applicable on the refunded amount.

  6. Termination During Tour:

    • Guests violating group decorum or causing disruptions may have their tour terminated without a refund.

Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes related to payments, cancellations, or services will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
